I started working out in junior high throughout high school and have never really gotten any good results. Tried supplements and fat burners but never seen the truth. This book tells you how to eat and how long your are SUPPOSE to work out. The workout plans are excellent. They will exhaust you, give you plenty energy, and it will also make you much stronger. I reccommend this book to anyone trying to get the results they want.

I was looking for a program that would get me back in to shape, and this one sure did. I followed the food program but still continued to drink beer. I still lost 10 pounds but my strength went back up to and past high school levels 15+ years ago. I also have a bad back, but this training program made it much stronger. Exercises I’ve previously considered forbidden, because of the back, became part of my routine again. I believe.

I didn't even finish the whole plan, and I lost 15 pounds and looked like a pro athlete. This is the real deal, this plan really works!

I happen to come across the book by accident, and I'm glad I did. I have been on the TAP for 17 months and have lost 60 pounds. When I first started the TAP I weighed 260 pounds and now I weigh 200 pounds. I have lots of energy. I suffered from severe sleep apnea, but not anymore. I couldn't even do one chinup and now I can do 5. My muscle mass has increased, I couldn't play around with my 6 year old son because I would get tired all the time, but now I make him tired. I can keep going, but I hope you get the idea. I would and have recommended this book to anyone.

I bought the book and followed it exactly, and I loved every part of it. I did the heavyweight portion. I was not really overweight, but I needed to lose a few pounds. Anyway, I did the 9 week program, and I ended up losing 17 pounds(195lbs to 178lbs). The food was well thought of, and was very easy to make. All it took is a little desire, and discipline. Today, I tell many of my friends about The Testosterone Advantage Plan. The beauty about this diet is that I did not have to starve myself in order to lose weight.
Today, I am doing the advance workout, and I am finding myself stronger than ever. I used to hate doing chinups, and dips, now I love them.
This book is for any guy who wants to lose/gain or stay the same weight(because there are actually 3 diets in the book), but gain muscle.
It definitely works.
ps: Some people might laugh at you because of the title of the book, but laugh with them, because in only 9 weeks, they will feel sorry for themselves for having laughed at you.
