I have been training since I was 13 and I am now 42, this training format has cut my training time down and so far is helping me to keep my strength while increasing my fat free mass. After all these years of training and having been a trainer it really is exciting to know you can still make improvements if you are willing try things that may seem contrary to conventional wisdom.
