Initially, I was skeptical about buying a nutrition-aimed book based on how dry I "believed" the subject to be. However, after buying and reading from cover to cover in just two sittings, I found the subject very interesting and the book very informative for a runner such as myself looking to incorporate an informed nutritional plan into my running lifestyle. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about the importance of a nutritionally balanced lifestyle especially those interested in improving their exercise performance. Great Book. I will leave this in my library to reference with regularity.
